Creating an account

• https://signup.oraclecloud.com/
• use a private Chrome or Edge tab (signup is messy, Firefox is supported but buggy)
• use any email (will just be used for login)
• they don't accept prepaid cards
• pick a geographic locationlocation, onUS yourlocations continentare orgenerally aspretty closecrowded and it could take a while to get free resources. The always free resources will ALWAYS be in the location you aspick, possible
  so pick wisely. EU Frankfurt is not very crowded - US Ashburn however is super crowded and I have a script slamming oracle every 5 minutes for weeks and I'm unable to get it setup. BE WARNED!
• When the free account is setup, we need to switch to pay as you go but then just keep using the free resources
  
• Oracle disables free accounts often so be sure to switch to pay as you go and not always free (they will reserve 100$ / EUR but will release it immediately)
