Creating an account

• use a private chromeChrome or edgeEdge tab (signup is messy, Firefox is supported but buggy)
• use any email (will just be used for login)
• they don't accept prepaid cards
• if in europe pick thea germany/netherlands,geographic iflocation inon USyour pickcontinent eastor coastas (better connectivityclose to europeyou andas rest of the world) - or if you're in asia / africa / australia pick that (not sure what's better then... :)) possible
  
• When the free account is setup, we need to switch to pay as you go but then just keep using the free resources.resources
  
• Oracle disables free accounts often so be sure to switch to pay as you go and not always free (they will reserve 100$ / EUR but will release it immediately)
