About SCAN

“Sustainable Critical Art Network” – (formerly known as “Glitch Art Network”) is a practical endeavor to form a continuous cultural exchange and partnerships among European non-profits, aiming to maintain a transnational horizontal and non-institutional distribution channel for new media and glitch art. The project is based in redefining digital art cultural paradigms, the concept of free knowledge and non-profit proactivity, as well as digital art as a critical tool.
